RIYADH — Saudi Arabia’s Attorney General and Head of the Public Prosecution Council Dr. Khalid Al-Yousef concluded on Wednesday his inspection tour of the Public Prosecution offices in Makkah and Madinah. This tour was conducted in implementation of the directives of the wise leadership to review their workflow so as to ensure the readiness of the Public Prosecution’s judicial facilities and the services provided to the guests of God in a way ensuring the best possible services for them.
The visit began at the Public Prosecution office at King Abdulaziz International Airport in Jeddah, and then proceeded to the Public Prosecution offices at the holy sites and the Grand Mosque in Makkah. The Attorney General concluded his tour with a visit to the Public Prosecution office in Madinah and the Public Prosecution office at the Prophet’s Mosque.
During the tour, Al-Yousef reviewed the work mechanisms and procedures followed at these offices. He emphasized the importance of raising performance efficiency and expediting case processing to ensure the provision of high-quality services, especially in locations experiencing high concentrations of Hajj and Umrah pilgrims.
