MAKKAH — The Oversight and Anti-Corruption Authority (Nazaha) Vice President Dr. Bandar AbalKhail carried out inspection visits in Makkah and Madinah regions on Saturday.

The visits were part of Nazaha’s comprehensive oversight activities, implemented in line with the directives of the Saudi leadership and ongoing efforts to serve pilgrims and enable them to perform their rituals in ease and comfort.

The tour is mainly aimed at verifying that relevant entities have completed all necessary arrangements and preparations to serve pilgrims in Makkah, Madinah, and the holy sites, as well as at land, sea, and air entry points. It also assessed the extent of compliance with operational plans for the 2026 Hajj season.

The visits come within Nazaha’s oversight efforts to monitor the performance of government entities participating in Hajj operations. These efforts contribute to enhancing service quality and improving coordination among relevant authorities.

Nazaha affirmed its commitment to continuing field oversight activities throughout the Hajj season. This ensures the highest standards of quality and efficiency in services provided to pilgrims and enables them to perform their rituals with ease and tranquility.

During the Hajj season, the authority also provides the service of receiving reports and observations and addressing them promptly via the toll-free number (980) or through its official digital platforms.
