The real estate development sector in Saudi Arabia is undergoing rapid changes in urban planning philosophy. Success is now gauged by creating integrated communities that improve quality of life, aligning with Saudi Vision 2030 goals. Al Rashid Properties sees these communities as key to the country’s new urban development phase.

Based on this vision, Al Rashid Properties continues to develop its residential communities within integrated residential environments, guided by the conviction that real estate development is now linked to building communities that meet residents’ needs, in addition to developing residential units.

The company leverages over 30 years of experience at Abdulrahman Saad Al Rashid & Sons, a prominent Saudi group, as it expands its projects across Riyadh, Jeddah, Makkah, and Khamis Mushait. These projects include residential communities under the Jawhara (Jewel) brand, developed in collaboration with the National Housing Company, aligning with the Kingdom’s urban and housing development objectives.

Al Rashid Properties is also committed to developing projects that meet the highest standards of design and execution. Inspired by the Salmani architecture, the company seek to blend Saudi urban identity with contemporary innovation and enhance the quality of the urban environment.

From this perspective, Eng. Basel Al-Adel, CEO of Al Rashid Properties, said: “The real estate development sector in the Kingdom is undergoing an important transformation, and the role of the real estate developer today extends beyond developing residential units to contributing to the creation of integrated communities, which aligns with the objectives of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 for urban development and quality of life. From this standpoint, we at Al Rashid Properties develop projects that put people at the heart of the development process and provide a model for integrated residential communities that meet the aspirations of Saudi families.”
He added: “We believe that the success of a real estate project depends not only on its size but also on its ability to deliver sustainable value to residents through quality planning, architectural excellence, and a commitment to the highest standards of execution. These principles underpin all Al Rashid Properties projects.”

Al Rashid Properties is expanding its project portfolio and boosting its presence in real estate development. Recently, it signed an agreement with Knowledge Economic City Company to develop the Multaqa Residences in Madinah, a mixed-use project with anticipated revenues of approximately SAR 5 billion. This underscores the company’s ongoing dedication to creating integrated urban communities that align with its vision.

The company also continues to strengthen its direct engagement with customers through its participation in a number of real estate events during the coming period. It will organize a special event for its clients in the Tahlia showroom from 28 July to 1 August 2026 and will also participate in the Jeddah Residential Season from 27 July to 3 August 2026. During these events, the company will offer exclusive deals on a limited number of units, limited-time discounts, and cashback opportunities.

Al Rashid Properties launched its new corporate identity in 2025, marking a step that reflects its direction towards developing innovative and high-quality residential environments and strengthening its position as a national developer supporting the objectives of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 through the development of integrated residential communities.
