JERUSALEM — Israel has claimed its special forces captured the head of Hamas’s internal security service in a ground operation in Gaza on Tuesday. RIYADH — A resident was arrested by the Criminal Investigation and Research Department of the Riyadh Region Police for making statements during a livestream that were deemed offensive to public morals and religious values and insulting to women. The department said the remarks constituted offenses punishable under the Anti-Cyber Crime Law.
