A fire broke out across the top floors of the North Tower of the Emirates Financial Towers in the early hours after midnight on Thursday morning. Eyewitnesses reported seeing clouds of smoke billowing out of the tower. Orange flames could also be seen erupting from the top floors of the building. Google is reportedly in discussions with Samsung Electronics to manufacture part of its next-generation AI processor. If this manufacturing deal emerges it could include the use of Samsung’s 2-nanometer production technology.
