MAKKAH — Security patrols in Makkah arrested four residents and one Saudi citizen for crimes of fraud and deception by posting fake and misleading Hajj service advertisements on social media. The residents are Lebanese and Egyptian nationals. The arrested persons were found in possession of cash, computers, forged stamps and documents, and tools used in these illegal activities.
