As the Democratic Republic of Congo continues its fight against a deadly Ebola outbreak, the UAE has stepped in to help the African nation by sending vital medical supplies. The move came under the directives of Dubai Ruler Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid, and was carried out by Dubai Humanitarian. RIYADH — Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Investment has outlined the requirements for non-resident foreign companies seeking to own property in the Kingdom without conducting economic activities, as part of updated regulations included in the Investor Guide 2026. RIYADH — The Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority (ZATCA) has thwarted an attempt to smuggle 6.2 kilograms of hashish through the Al-Wadiah border crossing after the narcotics were discovered hidden inside a vehicle entering the Kingdom. ZATCA spokesman Hamoud Al-Harbi said the drugs were detected during inspection procedures and were concealed inside metal cans containing food products.
