RIYADH — Aramco and Saudi Arabian Mining Company (Maaden) have signed a shareholders’ agreement to establish a joint venture focused on mineral exploration and hard-rock mining in Saudi Arabia, with copper and other minerals critical to the energy transition among its main targets.
