RIYADH — Minister of Hajj and Umrah Dr. Tawfiq Al-Rabiah has called on pilgrims, who performed Hajj this year, to share their views and suggestions to help enhance services in future Hajj seasons. The initiative underscores the Kingdom’s commitment to continuous improvement in the management and delivery of Hajj services.

Al-Rabiah issued the invitation through his official account on the “X” platform, highlighting the importance of listening to pilgrims’ experiences and drawing upon their feedback and recommendations as a vital source of development and improvement. He noted that such insights play a key role in elevating service quality and enriching the overall pilgrim experience.

The minister emphasized that the pilgrim experience remains at the heart of the ongoing development of the Hajj and Umrah ecosystem. He explained that field-based observations, suggestions, and ideas contribute significantly to enhancing service efficiency and improving performance throughout every stage of the pilgrim’s journey.

This initiative forms part of a broader approach that prioritizes beneficiary engagement in the evaluation and enhancement of services, leveraging pilgrims’ firsthand experiences and feedback following the completion of their rituals.

The minister’s appeal followed the 2026 Hajj season, which witnessed the implementation of a wide range of technological, organizational, and service initiatives designed to facilitate the pilgrim journey from arrival in the Kingdom through to the completion of the rituals. These efforts were delivered through an integrated system that incorporated digital solutions and advanced technologies for crowd management and service delivery.

The season also saw a significant expansion of digital services and smart applications, alongside awareness, guidance, and transportation initiatives, in line with the objectives of Kingdom’s Vision 2030. The vision seeks to elevate the quality of services provided to pilgrims and ensure a more seamless, comfortable, and secure experience.

It is observed that involving pilgrims in service evaluation represents one of the most effective mechanisms for sustainable development. It enables relevant authorities to identify challenges and opportunities based on the real experiences of beneficiaries and to translate observations and recommendations into development initiatives that strengthen service quality and operational efficiency.

The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah continues to advance the Hajj system year after year, drawing on data, operational indicators, and pilgrim feedback to further enhance service quality and meet the needs of the growing number of pilgrims expected in future seasons.
