JEDDAH — Minister of Health Fahd Al-Jalajel visited a number of hospitals and health facilities in Jeddah on Wednesday. This is part of a field inspection tour aimed at monitoring workflow and assessing the quality of health services provided to beneficiaries.

The minister’s visit covered East Jeddah Hospital and King Fahd General Hospital. During the visit, Al-Jalajel reviewed the readiness of various departments, the competence of medical staff, and the level of adherence to quality and safety standards.

The visit comes as part of the ministry’s efforts to enhance field oversight to ensure easy access to the highest quality health services, in line with its strategic objectives, thus supporting the continuous improvement of performance and enhancing the efficiency of health service delivery.

This contributes to achieving the objectives of the Health Transformation Program, emanating from the Kingdom’s Vision 2030, which seeks to build a more efficient and sustainable healthcare system.
