RIYADH — The Ministry of Foreign Affairs expressed Saudi Arabia’s strongest condemnation of the treacherous attacks targeting the territories and territorial waters of the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, and Kuwait.

Saudi Arabia reaffirmed its support for all measures undertaken by the Gulf states to safeguard their security and stability, the ministry said in a statement carried by the Saudi Press Agency.

“The Kingdom calls for an immediate cessation of the blatant attacks on the territories and territorial waters of the Gulf states, as well as any attempts to close the Strait of Hormuz or disrupt international waterways,” the statement said.

Saudi Arabia further underscored the importance of ensuring the protection of international maritime routes in accordance with the relevant international laws.
