    UAE President directs new national healthcare system for citizens

    A national healthcare system that guarantees comprehensive medical care and health services for all citizens is to be adopted in the UAE, as directed by Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the UAE.

    The system is built around a fully integrated national health insurance scheme covering all emirates of the country.
