Emirates Islamic, one of the leading Islamic financial institutions in the UAE, has announced the successful implementation of Host-to-Host (H2H) financial integration with Taaleem Holdings PJSC (Taaleem), one of the largest premium K-12 education providers in the UAE.

Facilitating seamless, automated data exchange, this strategic collaboration marks a pivotal turning point in Taaleem’s digital transformation action plan to streamline financial operations and enhance the efficiency of payment processes across the group’s network of schools.

Operating a portfolio of 36 schools and 34 nurseries under the Kids First Group, Taaleem has been a long-standing banking customer of Emirates Islamic since 2007. By establishing a secure, direct link between Taaleem’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system and Emirates Islamic’s corporate banking platform, this integration provides Taaleem with real-time visibility into cash flow and reconciliation, enhanced security and improved scalability, which will support their continued growth across the region and end-to-end connectivity, providing seamless banking for Taaleem.

Arnaud Prudhomme, Chief Financial Officer at Taaleem Holdings PJSC, said: “The partnership with Emirates Islamic strengthens our momentum of acquisitions and new school developments in line with our long-term vision.”

“Having end-to-end connectivity with the bank through H2H digital integration brings operational efficiency as we step into our next growth phase. The support of a committed financial partner like Emirates Islamic is instrumental to this expansion.”

The collaboration sustains Emirates Islamic’s role as a trusted, innovative and growth-oriented Islamic bank that actively partners with corporate clients over the long term and reinforces the UAE’s economic agenda.

Vivek Shah, Head of Corporate Banking at Emirates Islamic, said: “We are pleased to elevate our existing partnership to a full-scale financial integration with Taaleem. By establishing a direct link between Emirates Islamic’s banking platform and Taaleem, we are offering real-time visibility into their financial operations, enhancing efficiency and security, which will open new growth and regional expansion opportunities.

“For Emirates Islamic, this collaboration reinforces our presence in the education sector, enabling us to build sector-focused solutions that deliver tangible value to our customers.”

Established in 2003, Taaleem currently offers British, American and International Baccalaureate curricula. The group serves a student base of over 40,000 across more than 80 nationalities, including approximately 4,600 students within its nursery segment.
