KYIV — A wave of Russian missiles and drones hit Ukraine’s capital Kyiv overnight, killing at least eight people in an attack that was still underway early on Monday. The families of seven workers who lost their lives in a recent crash on Dubai’s Emirates Road, have begun receiving financial assistance announced by Dubai-based Indian billionaire Dr Shamsheer Vayalil.
