Abu Dhabi has announced on Wednesday, April 22, plans to introduce two new gates to the Darb Toll Gate system, as part of the Capital’s efforts to enhance traffic flow on main roads, improve the efficiency of road network usage, and reduce congestion. RIYADH — The Saudi construction cost index recorded an increase of two percent during the last month of March compared to the same month in 2025. This was driven mainly by a 1.9 percent increase in residential costs and a 2.2 percent increase in non-residential costs.
